Playwright Bio

Robert Montenegro is a playwright, writer, and dramaturg. His plays have been workshopped and/or produced by Rorschach Theatre, CUA Drama, Blind Pug Arts Collective, The Inkwell, and others. Robert was previously an Ideafeed Editor at Big Think and on the writing staff at Crooked Scoreboard. He holds an MFA in Playwriting from the Catholic University of America and is a graduate of Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles. He has worked in Audience Services for both Studio Theatre and the Shakespeare Theatre Company in Washington, D.C.  He currently resides in Juneau, Alaska.
